The apartment has an area of approx. 45 m2. It is simply but practically equipped with everything you need. There is a sofa bed, a bunk bed in a separate small bedroom, a separate bathroom with shower, WC and bidet, washing machine and hairdryer. Equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, kettle, microwave and coffee machine.
Terrace
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Gran Baita residence, has a terrace with a garden, deckchairs are available, and garden furniture in the summer. From the terrace there is a wonderful view of the Presena glacier.
The Gran Baita residence has a reception during the day. The apartment includes a lockable garage and a ski box.
Surroundings
The apartment is located approx. 400m from the slope, which can be reached on foot or by ski bus. In the center of Passo del Tonale, you can shop in the Despar or Conad shops. There is a local bakery right next door. Pizzerias and bars are open in season. You can take the cable car to the nearby town of Ponte Di Legno. On the opposite side is the beautiful town of Ossana and Malé for larger shopping.
